The Official in-Depth Rules for the The Great American Milkshake Competition
The Zeal Milkshake Contest is sponsored by Zeal Grass Milk Creamery and is governed by these official rules. By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

The "Zeal Milkshake" Contest is designed to give people ages 5 years and older a chance to test their creativity and come up with the most delicious milkshake recipe!
Round 1: Contest entrants will create and submit their one-of-a-kind milkshake in a video along with the recipe. Judges will select 3 finalists based on the creator’s charisma, the recipe, and video/photo production.
Round 2: The Top 3 Finalists will have their milkshakes recreated by a panel of judges based on the submitted recipe. The winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and taste.
The First Place Winner will get a cash prize of $1000 and a year’s worth of Zeal products delivered to them*. The second and third place winner will receive a Zeal Gift Box.
You can enter the contest as an individual or as a team of up to two (2) members. Teams with individuals who do not meet those age requirements will be disqualified, and their Submissions will be void. For purposes of these Official Rules, Individuals and Teams shall collectively be known as "Entrants".
ELIGIBILITY: The Zeal Milkshake Contest is open to legal residents of 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are minimum of 5 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.zealgrassmilk.com and follow instructions to submit, for each entry:
Online registration form. Limit of one (1) entry per team. All entrants must disclose their full name, phone number, and email address in order to be eligible.
Written recipe for the milkshake created in the submitted video or photo. Recipe should include a list of ingredients, measurements of each ingredient, and instructions on how to create and garnish the milkshake. All milkshakes should be created to fit in a 12 oz. glass.
Video or photo showing creation of your one-of-a-kind milkshake. The milkshake created in your video or photo submission must match the milkshake in the written instructions.
The Photo must:
Be an original photo of the entrant’s original idea
Be submitted in a format accepted by Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, or YouTube.
Comply with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, or YouTube’s terms of service and specification and/or uploads
The video must:
Be no longer than three (3) minutes in length;
Be submitted in a format accepted by Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, or YouTube accepts. Must upload to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, or YouTube. Any other formats submitted and/or exceeding the time limit will be disqualified.
Be the Entrant's original idea.

Videos must NOT:
Exceed three (3) minutes in play time;
Contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, self-mutilating, discriminatory), illegal, offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing;
Include mention or performance of any copyrighted media production including but not limited to music, films, books, television programming, etc., or identifying descriptions of any media property.
Contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to material that violates privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
Include third parties, including but not limited celebrities and friends who have not authorized Entrants to display their image, likeness or voice in any submitted video.
SUBMISSION PERIOD: (August 1, 2021 - August 31, 2021) Videos are submitted according to the "How to Enter" description of the Official Rules.
JUDGING PERIOD 1: (September 1, 2021 – September 4, 2021) Finalist videos will be viewed by a panel of judges. The Top Three Finalists will be announced on or about September 5, 2021.
JUDGING PERIOD 2: (September 5, 2021 – September 9, 2021) Panel of judges will recreate the Top Three Finalist’s milkshakes based on the written and submitted recipes. Judges will vote to select their winner. One grand prize winner will be selected.
NOTIFICATION PERIOD: (September 11, 2021) Sponsor shall attempt to contact Grand Prize Winner, or an alternate.
One Grand Prize Winner announced on or about September 12 at 10 a.m. CST.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
Zeal Grass Milk Creamery has the right to adjust or discontinue this contest at any time.
No cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. Zeal Grass Milk Creamery and its parent, affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Zeal Grass Milk Creamery and its parent, affiliate, administrator, PR and marketing agency, and all of their respective officers, employees and representatives from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Zeal Grass Milk Creamery and its parent and affiliates do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Zeal Grass Milk Creamery permission to use their video, recipe, name, and email address for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
